02:14 PM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Labcorp's ( LH ) Early Development medical device testing business was acquired by NAMSA, a medical device testing and clinical research company, according to a Thursday statement.

NAMSA said that due to the acquisition, it assumes the US services portfolio of Labcorp's ( LH ) Early Development medical device testing unit, including biocompatibility testing, microbiological testing, analytical testing, and preclinical research.

Financial details weren't provided.
