Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $3.77.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $3.22 billion, compared with $3.03 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $3.18 billion.

For full-year 2024, the company said it expects adjusted earnings to be in a range of $14.30 to $14.90 per share, compared with $14.45 to $15.35 previously. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $14.82.

Labcorp ( LH ) shares were up 1.9% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
