Ladder Capital Units Price $500 Million Debt Offering

05:58 PM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ladder Capital ( LADR ) said late Thursday two subsidiaries priced a $500 million private offering of 7% senior notes due 2031.

Ladder Capital Finance Holdings and Ladder Capital Finance Corp. plan to use part of the net proceeds to repay some secured debt, with the remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on or about July 5.

Ladder Capital ( LADR ) shares were down about 1.3% in recent trading.
