Ladder Capital's Shares Rise Nearly 3% After Reporting Q2 Distributable Earnings Above Analyst Expectations

10:24 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ladder Capital Corp's ( LADR ) shares were up nearly 3% in recent trading after the commercial real estate finance company reported Q2 distributable earnings Thursday of $0.31 per diluted share, down from $0.33 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.29.

Revenue expressed as the sum of net interest income plus total other income for the quarter ended June 30 was $76.7 million, up from $74.2 million a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $66.2 million.
