12:45 PM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LaFleur Minerals ( LFLRF ) on Wednesday said in closed a non-brokered private placement of LIFE units that raised $2.9 million.
The company said it said placed an unspecified number of units with institutional investors, with each priced at $0.48 and made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.60.
The company also added that it intends to close a charity flow-through offering of up to 3.8-million charity flow-through units at $0.69 per charity flow-through unit for up to $2.6 million. It also intends to complete a non-brokered private placement on similar terms as the LIFE offering for up to $700,000 on the same terms.
Proceeds will be used for the advancement of exploration initiatives at its Swanson Gold project, for operational needs at the Beacon Gold Mill, and working capital and general corporate expenses.
Shares of the company were last seen up $0.005 to $0.50 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
