04:33 PM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lake Shore Bancorp ( LSBK ) announced a stock offering of up to 5.75 million shares at $10 apiece in connection with the proposed conversion of Lake Shore MHC to a stock holding company from a mutual holding company.

The shares will be offered first to eligible depositors of the bank and to its employee stock ownership plan, and the sale may be increased to up to 6.61 million shares, the company said Friday in a statement.
