06:07 PM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lake Shore Bancorp ( LSBK ) said late Tuesday that the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency terminated a consent order that required its Lake Shore Savings Bank unit to address deficiencies in areas such as information technology, security, audit, and management.

The federal regulator also terminated the "troubled condition" status, the company said.
