05:47 PM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lakeland Industries ( LAKE ) said Monday it has completed the acquisitions of Arizona PPE and California PPE for $4 million and $5.5 million, respectively.

The acquisitions, in aggerate, add around $5 million of annual recurring revenue, the company said.

Lakeland Industries ( LAKE ) said these acquisitions expand its fire service offerings in the US and beyond.
