01:11 PM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lakeside Holding (LSH) said Wednesday that it appointed Lan Su as chief operating officer, effective Dec. 9.

Su succeeded Shuai Li, who resigned as COO but will remain as a director of the company, according to a regulatory filing.

Su has been the general manager of the company's subsidiary, Sichuan Hupan Jincheng Enterprise Management, since July.

Lakeside Holding shares rose almost 6% in recent trading.
