09:38 AM EST, 11/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lakeside Holding (LSH) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Hupan Pharmaceutical (Hubei), through its unit, Sichuan Hupan Jincheng Enterprise Management, for 4 million renminbi ($0.6 million).

The acquisition is expected to generate around $7 million in annual revenue, Lakeside Holding said.

Hupan Pharmaceutical specializes in pharmaceutical distribution, Lakeside said.
