Lamb Weston Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Net Sales Increase; Shares Up Pre-Bell

08:44 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lamb Weston ( LW ) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.74 per diluted share, down from $0.78 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.52.

Net sales for the fiscal quarter ended Aug. 24 were $1.66 billion, up from $1.65 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.62 billion.

The company said it continues to expect fiscal 2026 net sales of $6.35 billion to $6.55 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $6.49 billion.

The company's shares were up more than 5% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
