05:21 PM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LAMF Global Ventures (LGVC) and Nuvo Group said Tuesday that LAMF's shareholders approved the business combination between the companies, Holdco Nuvo Group, Nuvo Assetco and H.F.N Insight Merger.

The combined company will operate as Holdco and will be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker NUVO, according to the joint statement.

LAMF shares rose over 18% in recent after-hours activity.
