03:51 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LandBridge ( LB ) said late Thursday it has sold a 3,000-acre solar project in Reeves County, Texas to a publicly traded energy infrastructure company.

The company said the project has a proposed generation capacity of up to 250 megawatts.

LandBridge ( LB ) received an upfront cash payment and may receive additional payments if certain development milestones are met.
