09:08 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LandBridge ( LB ) said Wednesday its subsidiary DBR Land plans to launch a $500 million offering of senior notes in a private placement.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with borrowings under its new credit facility, to repay all outstanding borrowings under its existing credit facility.
