08:50 AM EST, 12/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lantronix ( LTRX ) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of DZS Inc.'s NetComm Wireless enterprise Internet of Things portfolio for $6.5 million in cash, along with assumptions of some liabilities.

The assets are expected to generate revenue of $6 million to $7 million this year, the company said.

Shares of Lantronix ( LTRX ) rose more than 3% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
