05:43 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Laser Photonics ( LASE ) said late Thursday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file report for the quarter ended March 31 on Form 10-Q and remaining delinquent in filing report for the period ended Dec. 31, 2024.

Laser said it has until June 16 to submit a plan to regain compliance and it is working to address outstanding matters.

Shares of the company were up 2% in after-hours activity.
