Analysts polled by Capital IQ forecast $0.28.

Revenue in the quarter ended March 30 fell to $140.8 million from $184.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ projected $140.2 million.

Lattice said it expects Q2 revenue of $120 million to $140 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ project $140.5 million.

Shares of the company fell 5.4% in after-hours activity.
