Lavoro Gets Non-Compliance Notice From Nasdaq

04:58 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lavoro ( LVRO ) said late Monday it has received a notice from Nasdaq over its non-compliance with listing rules as it has not filed its Form 6-K for the six-month period ended Dec. 31, 2024.

The company said it must submit a plan to regain compliance by Sept. 8. Lavoro ( LVRO ) said it expects to submit its plan by the deadline.

Shares were down over 6% in after-hours trading.
