05:26 PM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lazard ( LAZ ) late Tuesday said it closed its $400 million offering of 6.00% senior notes due 2031.

The plans use proceeds from the offering to redeem its outstanding 3.75% senior notes maturing in 2025.

The tender offer for the 3.75% notes was scheduled to expire at 5 p.m. ET on Tuesday, with bondholders receiving $987.80 for each $1,000 of the notes they tender, plus any accrued and unpaid interest.
