The companies said the partnership expands Lazard's ( LAZ ) debt advisory services and provides clients access to flexible financing options.

Arini will benefit from Lazard's ( LAZ ) origination network for mid-cap borrowers, supporting the launch of Arini's European Direct Lending strategy, the companies said.
