Lazard Tender Offer Draws $235.7 Million

09:23 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lazard ( LAZ ) said Wednesday that the cash tender offer for 3.75% senior notes due Feb. 13, 2025 by its Lazard Group unit expired Tuesday.

The company said approximately $235.7 million worth of the notes were validly tendered and not withdrawn.
