Lazydays Names Ron Fleming as CEO

04:59 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lazydays ( GORV ) said late Wednesday Ron Fleming has been named as chief executive of the company.

Fleming has been the company's interim CEO and a member of the board since September last year, the company said.

The shares were up over 2% in after-hours activity.
