Learn CW Investment to Transfer Listing to Nasdaq

05:24 PM EDT, 08/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Learn CW Investment ( LCW ) said Tuesday it plans to shift the listing of its class A ordinary shares from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Global Market.

Listing and trading of the company's class A ordinary shares, public warrants and public units will end on the NYSE at market close on Aug. 23, Learn CW added.

Class A ordinary shares will start trading on Nasdaq at market open on Aug. 26, and public warrants and public units will trade on the over-the-counter market the same day, according to the company.
