LeddarTech Plans to File for Bankruptcy in Canada; Shares Down Pre-Bell

04:39 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LeddarTech Holdings ( LDTC ) said late Monday it plans to file for bankruptcy under Canada's Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

The software company expects that Raymond Chabot will be appointed as the trustee under the BIA proceedings and that it will ultimately be delisted from the Nasdaq.

LeddarTech ( LDTC ) shares were down 20% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
