Legacy Education Closes $11.5 Million IPO

09:00 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Legacy Education ( LGCY ) said Friday it closed its initial public offering of about 2.9 million ordinary shares at $4 per share for gross proceeds of $11.5 million.

The shares debuted on NYSE American on Sept. 26.
