08:48 AM EDT, 10/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Legacy Housing ( LEGH ) said Friday it appointed co-founder and chairman Kenny Shipley as interim chief executive officer, succeeding the prior CEO Robert Duncan Bates following his resignation.

The board also named company veteran Ron Arrington interim chief financial officer, succeeding the outgoing finance chief as part of the same transition, the company said.

The company added it continues to evaluate candidates for the new management team.
