Legacy Housing to Acquire AmeriCasa Solutions Assets

08:53 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Legacy Housing ( LEGH ) said Friday it has agreed to acquire the assets of manufactured home sales company AmeriCasa Solutions and its FutureHomeX proprietary sales management platform.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of a strategy that includes boosting sales by using advanced technology and sales support, the company said.

Legacy also said that AmericaCasa Chief Executive Norman Newton will join the company as its chief revenue officer.
