The new tool simplifies the process for entrepreneurs to evaluate grant programs customized to their business needs, the company said.

LegalZoom.com ( LZ ) said there is no sign-up or payment required for Grant Finder.

Shares of the company were up 3% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
