Legence Posts Q4 Net Loss, Revenue Rises; Lifts 2026 Revenue Guidance

07:26 AM EDT, 03/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Legence ( LGN ) a Q4 net loss Friday of $0.55 per diluted share.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.05.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $737.6 million, compared with $548.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $619.3 million.

For Q1, the company said it expects revenue of $925 million to $950 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $708.7 million.

Legence ( LGN ) also said it expects full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $3.7 billion and $3.9 billion, compared with its prior guidance of $3.5 billion to $3.7 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.46 billion.

Shares of the company were up over 2% in Friday premarket activity.
