03:43 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Legence (LGN) said late Thursday it has priced an initial public offering of 26 million shares at $28 each for expected net proceeds of around $688 million.

The building services provider granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3.9 million additional shares.

The shares are expected to begin Nasdaq trading Friday under the ticker symbol "LGN" while the offering is expected to close on Monday, the company said.

Legence plans to use the net proceeds to pay down its term loan credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
