Legence Shares Fall in Nasdaq Debut

01:26 PM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Legence (LGN) shares rose 3.6% in their Nasdaq debut on Thursday, erasing earlier losses.

The stock rose to $29.01 in afternoon trading after falling as low as $26.67.

Intraday volume topped 5.69 million shares.

The building services provider priced an initial public offering of 26 million shares at $28 each on Thursday for $688 million in net proceeds.
