Legend Biotech CFO Lori Macomber to Resign, Jessie Yeung Named Interim CFO

11:36 AM EST, 12/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Legend Biotech ( LEGN ) said it entered into a transition agreement with Chief Financial Officer Lori Macomber on Dec. 18, who will resign on Jan. 2, 2025, for personal reasons.

The company appointed Jessie Yeung as interim CFO, from Dec. 17, Legend Biotech ( LEGN ) said in a regulatory filing Monday.

Yeung, with nearly 20 years of finance experience, joined the company in 2019, holding roles in finance and investor relations, according to the statement.

Shares of Legend Biotech ( LEGN ) were down more than 4% in recent Tuesday trading.
