06:41 AM EDT, 08/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Leidos Holdings ( LDOS ) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $3.21 per diluted share, up from $2.63 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.66.
Revenue for the quarter ended July 4 was $4.25 billion, up from $4.13 billion a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $4.23 billion.
The company now expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $11.15 to $11.45 on revenue of $17 billion to $17.25 billion. It previously projected adjusted EPS at $10.35 to $10.75 on revenue of $16.90 billion to $17.30 billion.
Analysts are looking for $10.96 and $17.17 billion, respectively.
Leidos ( LDOS ) shares were up 7.4% in recent premarket activity.
