Leidos Forms JV With Sky Solutions to Support Federal Health Agencies' Digital Transformation

08:51 AM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Leidos ( LDOS ) said Wednesday it has formed a Purple Sky joint venture with Sky Solutions to support federal health agencies' digital transformation.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The JV will offer advanced digital services to federal agencies for enhancing their technology, increasing access to data and improving mission outcomes, the company said.

Leidos' ( LDOS ) stock was up about 1% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
