Lendbuzz Files for IPO

02:34 PM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lendbuzz filed a registration statement on Friday for the initial public offering of its common shares.

The financial technology company plans to list shares on Nasdaq under the ticker "LBZZ."

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to the filing.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range are yet to be determined, the company said.
