LendingClub Approves Up to $100 Million Share Buyback Plan

09:41 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LendingClub ( LC ) said Wednesday its board has approved a plan for the buyback of up to $100 million of its common shares through Dec. 31, 2026.

The company said the timing and volume of the share repurchases will depend of factors such as stock price and market conditions.

LendingClub ( LC ) shares were up more than 5% in recent Wednesday trading.

Price: 18.72, Change: +0.97, Percent Change: +5.46
