11:56 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LendingTree ( TREE ) said Monday its board has appointed Scott Peyree as chief executive officer of the company after its Chairman and CEO Doug Lebda passed away on Sunday in an all-terrain vehicle accident.

Peyree previously worked as the chief operating officer of the company, LendingTree ( TREE ) said.

Steve Ozonian has been named the new board chairman, it added.
