LendingTree Q4 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Increase; Shares Rise After Hours

04:54 PM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LendingTree ( TREE ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $1.16 per diluted share, up from $0.28 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.53.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $261.5 million, up from $134.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $236.4 million.

The company said it expects Q1 revenue between $241 million and $248 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $247.7 million.

The company expects full-year 2025 revenue between $985 million and $1.03 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.02 billion.

The company's shares were rising past 11% in after-hours activity.
