04:29 AM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lendway ( LDWY ) said late Tuesday it has appointed Mark Jundt and Daniel Philp as co-chief executive officers, effective July 1.

The specialty ag and finance company said Jundt has been a board member since November 2022 and chairman from August 2023. Meanwhile, Philp has been a board member since November 2022.

Randy Uglem, the current president and CEO, has resigned and will leave the company on July 1.
