09:27 AM EST, 02/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lennar ( LEN ) said Friday it has closed the spinoff of Millrose Properties via a distribution of nearly 80% of Millrose's Class A and Class B common stock to Lennar's ( LEN ) shareholders as of Jan. 21.

The Lennar ( LEN ) shareholders received one Millrose share for every two Lennar Class A or Class B shares held as of the close of business on Jan. 21, the company said.

Millrose stock will now trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol MRP, it added.
