Lennar Unit Starts Leasing at Dryden Apartments

10:23 AM EDT, 06/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lennar's ( LEN ) Quarterra Multifamily unit said Friday it has begun leasing at Dryden Apartments, a luxury community in Denver.

Adjacent to downtown Denver, Dryden is a 420-home high-rise community that also features leasable retail space of 9,241 square feet, Quarterra said.

The community will start receiving residents this summer, according to Quarterra.
