07:06 AM EDT, 09/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lennar's ( LEN ) Quarterra Multifamily property manager subsidiary said Wednesday that it has started leasing "The Piper" apartments in Redmond, Washington, which it co-developed with QuadReal Property Group.

The Piper comprises 284 homes of 1 to 3 bedrooms and is one of three joint ventures between Quarterra and QuadReal in the region, according to the statement.
