07:31 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lennox International ( LII ) said Thursday it has closed the acquisition of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning division of NSI Industries.

The acquisition includes Duro Dyne and Supco brand platforms that offer a range of HVAC parts and supplies, Lennox said.

The company in August agreed to buy NSI Industries' HVAC division from Sentinel Capital Partners for roughly $550 million.
