08:51 AM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lesaka Technologies ( LSAK ) said Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of South African payments processor Adumo for about 1.67 billion rand ($96.1 million).

The deal includes the issuance of about 17.3 million shares of Lesaka's ( LSAK ) common stock and 232.2 million rand in cash to provide cash liquidity to a group of indirect Adumo shareholders who were unable to receive Lesaka ( LSAK ) shares under their investment mandates.
