Lesaka Technologies Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise

05:17 PM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lesaka Technologies ( LSAK ) reported preliminary fiscal Q4 adjusted net income late Wednesday of $0.05 per basic share, up from $0.02 a year earlier.

An analyst polled by FactSet expected $0.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $82 million, up from $54.8 million a year earlier.

An analyst polled by FactSet expected $81.2 million.

For fiscal Q1, the company expects revenue of 1.50 billion South African rand ($85.8 million) to 1.65 billion rand. An analyst polled by FactSet expects 1.55 billion rand.

For fiscal 2026, the company sees adjusted EPS of at least 4.60 rand on revenue of 6.4 billion rand to 6.9 billion rand. An analyst polled by FactSet expects EPS of 4.72 rand on revenue of 6.23 billion rand.
