Leviathan Gold Provides Says Its Shares Remain Halted Pending an Exchange Review of a Planned Acquisition
Jul 16, 2025 1:08 PM

03:56 PM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Leviathan Gold ( LVXFF ) Wednesday provided an update on its proposed acquisition of Cura Exploration Botswana (Privco).

Trading of the company's shares was halted on June 16 pending a review by the TSX Venture Exchange review, as the proposed transaction is a "Fundamental Acquisition" for the company.

The halt will be lifted once certain conditions have been met, including the review by the exchange of the technical report, as Leviathan and Cura are in the process of preparing the documentation, including technical reports and required financial statements.
