LGI Homes Closes on Over 6,100 Homes in 2024

07:30 AM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LGI Homes ( LGIH ) said Tuesday that it closed on 6,131 homes in 2024.

The company said it closed on 580 homes in December, and 1,636 homes during Q4. It added that the closings include the bulk sale of 103 leased, single-family homes in November.

LGI also said that as of year-end 2024, it had 151 active selling communities.

Shares of the homebuilder were up 1.5% in recent premarket activity.
