LGI Homes Q3 Earnings, Revenue Rise

08:57 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LGI Homes ( LGIH ) reported Q3 earnings Tuesday of $2.95 per diluted share, up from $2.84 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $2.52.

Home sales revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $651.9 million, compared with $617.5 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $641.8 million.
