05:35 PM EDT, 04/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LGI Homes ( LGIH ) said Wednesday that buyers closed 482 homes during March, up from 376 the previous month, but down from 529 homes sold in March 2023.

The company closed 1,083 homes in Q1, down from 1,366 a year earlier.

The homebuilder had 120 active selling communities at the end of March, compared with 99 active communities a year ago.
