Li Haslett Chen to resign from Warner Bros Discovery Board

Dec 30 (Reuters) - Li Haslett Chen, a member of the Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ) board

and a member of the company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, will resign from

her positions, effective Jan. 31, 2025, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing on Monday.
